Core Accountabilities
The Accountabilities Include:
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Identify and develop client/business relationships
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Act as a trustworthy advisor and thought leader for your clients, maintaining strong working relationships
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Identify a specialist skill and create and maintain a talent pool for proactive floating targets
- Research into competitors and marketplace
Experience:
- Min 5 years proven work experience as a specialist Recruitment Consulting in the professional and technical space
- Experience in Behavioural Interviewing techniques
- Experience in Behavioural Reference techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Strong devotion to quality
- Strong commercial business acumen
- Challenger Mindset towards Sales
- Evidence of being a Trusted Partner to their clients
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
- Winning Mindset
- Ability to work with targets
