What you'll be doing:

Leading and executing strategic recruitment projects and initiatives
Managing and delivering end to end recruitment process across multiple business areas (EA/PA) across all groups
Collaborate as a business partner to effectively influence across all levels
Design and deliver the most effective goto market strategies, managing and driving business adoption
Provide guidance and counsel advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
