Description

We have a new opportunity for an Area Office Supervisor to join the team and manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics in Perth.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be providing operational leadership, overseeing general administrative duties across the regions clinics, enabling local reception teams to deliver high quality, efficient, professional, and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community.

As the Area Office Supervisor, you will provide hands on support and guidance to the Office Supervisors and administrative employees across a network of clinics.

Responsibilities include reception team rostering, staff leave management, meeting coordination, team building and culture development, general problem solving and process management.

Travel to our clinics will be required in the role.
Key accountabilities include

  • Plan and manage daily clerical staff workforce requirements in the clinics and region through appropriate staff rostering, annual leave planning & sick and other leave as required
  • Providing excellent customer service and patient care
  • Oversee and provide support to complex bookings team for the region
  • Works closely and is a part of the Senior Leadership team, maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
  • Oversee daily clinic appointment schedules to maximise service availability and business performance
  • Monitor and support key processes in each clinic, including but not limited to billing accuracy, and appointment management
  • Provide and support clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, mentoring and coaching
To be successful in this role you will have

  • Ability to manage, coach and lead clerical / clinical staff
  • Ability to lead and drive the I-MED patient care and customer service standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and nonmedical personnel verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively
  • Healthcare Experience
