MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions.

We are currently experiencing immense growth and are looking to expand our team in Sydney with a Full-Time Customer Service Officer.

Specialising in the IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all the major IT vendors; HP, Samsung, Lexmark, Apple, Lenovo and Brother through to different B2B industry verticals.


Key responsibilities and duties include:


  • Taking inbound and outbound calls
  • Data Entry
  • Order processing
  • Providing high level customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Delivering quality work for pre and postsales support to our customers
  • Other customer service or general admin related tasks
  • Acquiring and learning, building your knowledgebase on our products, services and the MediaForm ethos

Essential criteria:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to efficiently use MS Office Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Highly and self motivated
  • Good time management and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Quick and efficient learner
  • Experience not essential
  • Great opportunity for a career starter in the print and IT industry

Salary:
$50, $60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
