ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

  • Professional Accounting firm
  • Handson role, with various office management projects on adhoc basis

THE ROLE
You will be working for

easy going but driven team of this reputable Chartered Accounting firm. This firm is renowned for its

supportive and friendly team culture.
You are expected to

work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Polished and proactive, some of your responsibilities will include:


  • Extensive
    diary management:
  • Managing meetings and followup on action points
-
Project management on ad-hoc basis:

  • Preparing highly confidential documents, proposals and reports
-
Liaising with clients:


  • Assisting with filing, mails, reception duties as required
  • Supporting the team with Bookkeeping, ATO Lodgment and ASIC Compliance

ABOUT YOU

well-presented, professional, articulate and driven with a tenacity and dedication to your Executive Assistant career.


Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

Stable work history is a requirement for this role.


Advanced MS Office skills is essential.


MYOB and XERO skills desirable.
This is a

busy, hands-on role that require high level of

self-initiative and can-do attitude.

Professional services experience will be highly regarded.
