- $33+ p/h + superanuation

About the role
The primary duties and responsibilities of the position include:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both in-person and over the phone.
Assist customers at the counter, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and processing payments efficiently.
Utilise computer system to finalise bookings and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with Queensland Transport as necessary to facilitate smooth processes for customers.
Handle additional backoffice tasks as needed, which may include administrative duties.
Other duties as directed.

About You

Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Proficiency in using computer systems and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with a positive attitude.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Data entry experience
Must have full working rights in Australia.
