We are seeking,_
- _Casual certificate 3 or Diploma Qualified Assistant Educators (multiple roles available.)_


_To be successful in this role you must have:_
- _Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care_
- _Employee Working With Children's Check_
- _Regulatory approved First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training_
- _Child Protection training_
- _Red Nose and Food safety training (willingness to obtain)_


_You will need to demonstrate:
_
- _Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills,_
- _Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service_
- _Highly developed Professional Standards_
- _Understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Framework_
- _Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)_
- _Passionate in achieving the high quality outcomes for children, families_
- _A strong focus on community_
