About the role
The NDIS Claiming Officers will receive and process NDIS payment requests in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. at a national level. In addition, you will provide administrative support within centralised team.
These are permanent full time opportunities that can be located at any of our LWB offices nationally with flexibility to work remotely from home and/or in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volume NDIS payment requests
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of invoices to NDIS customers and Plan Managers for services rendered for a fee to clients
- Accurate record keeping and maintaining the Payment Request Trackers and other financial logs
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly, monthly and year end NDIS payment request data
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance Officer/Accounts Receivable position in a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in providing timely and accurate customer service and support in a high transactional environment
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs, for example Outlook, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with a positive cando attitude
