THE ROLE
This premier Australian law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join them in their Disputes team in their Melbourne office.
You will be an integral member of the office and your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare briefs, documents and letters including proofreading correspondence and documentation
- Liaising with courts on date changes for hearings and managing court date calendars
- Pulling together ebriefs including hyperlinking documents etc, highlevel document management
- Matter management including file opening and closing, and end of month billing
ABOUT YOU
You will be confident in using disputes specific data bases and court portals; and familiar with commercial disputes processes.
On a personal level, we are seeking a Legal Assistant who is polished, proactive and outgoing.
You will have a high level of attention to detail and a great willingness to learn.
You are a confident team player who has the ability to be autonomous and ultimately, someone who has real energy and enthusiasm.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
Salary is up to
