Description

We have an exciting fixed term opportunity VE Quality and Business Improvement, to promote and facilitate a quality culture.

This position is responsible for providing specialist knowledge and skills and the coordination of a range of services relating to the University's quality assurance systems and processes for Vocational Education training products, including Funding Contracts, registering bodies, regulatory frameworks, Scope of Registration, training product continuous quality improvement processes, and the assembly, presentation, and analysis of performance data reports.

The position will also provide project management and support as allocated by the Manager, VE Quality and Business Improvement.

In collaboration with other members of the VEQP unit, this position is responsible for driving high standards of service to stakeholders.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

Work with stakeholders to identify areas of risk and assist in the development of strategies to resolve issues.
In conjunction with the Manager, VE Quality and Business Improvement, identify and coordinate the development and improvement of quality assurance and continuous improvement strategies and procedures for the Vocational Education activities of the University.
Maintain a high degree of specialist knowledge and skills and sound understanding of good practice in regard to quality management systems in vocational education.
Work collaboratively with internal service teams such as Admissions, VET Curriculum, SALS, Enrolment and Apprenticeship teams to identify and coordinate quality assurance and continuous improvement processes across Vocational Education, and associated pathways.
Manage the Vocational Education Scope of Registration process, including Delegated Authority.

Qualifications

Postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience.
