Our research is broad in scope, encompassing a range of fields in science, engineering, health, society, engineering, health, society, business and more.


Your new role

  • Provide support to research stakeholders by providing interpretation and ethics advice based on a broad understanding of a range of university policies and external requirements.
  • Engage and liaise with key university stakeholders (e.g., Researchers, Research Office, People and Culture, Digital and Technology Solutions/DTS, and research participants.
  • Support the embedding of a change in the service delivery offered to Curtin's Researchers by always being committed to improvement and new ways of working.

Area-specific responsibilities:


  • Secretariat duties to relevant committees based on appropriate risk level.
  • Provide and coordinate training for researchers, students and other stakeholders.
  • Records management, including archiving and advice to researchers about relevant disposal authorities.
As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
