What you'll do

As Technology Lead - Customer Data Management you will be in charge of leading a team to build and evolve our Customer Data Management solutions bridging gaps between business problems and technology solutions around Customer Data Management.

You will need to be future focussed and able to develop a roadmap ensuring anticipated business needs will be met.


  • Experience defining and presenting strategy and architecture roadmaps ensuring platforms meet changing technical and business needs
  • Develop data systems including data ingestion, data processing and across a variety of tools and environments
  • Design and development with Customer Data platform and work with partners/vendors to help shape, evolve and improve
  • Working with a variety of business and technology stakeholders at different levels to manage delivery and dependencies across multiple initiatives Building solutions that comply with legislative and regulatory requirements. In addition to building and managing solutions that are secure and meet best practices to ensure the security of our data
**What you'll bring

  • Developing and deploying data integration and event streaming solutions using CI/CD pipelines on a cloud environment ( AWS, GCP or Azure ).
  • Developing and deploying web and mobile API integration solutions using CI/CD pipelines on AWS and GCP (or comparable cloud environment)
  • Managing hightraffic, resilient and scalable customerfacing systems using cloud based technologies
  • Architecture and design experience on the Customer Data Domain Well developed interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner
