About the Role
A Toowoomba based opportunity has become available to join BOQ Group as an Associate Relationship Manager.

Working in tandem with the Business Relationship Manager, the Associate Relationship Manager will need to be a motivated and resourceful individual looking to take the next step in their career.


The role is designed to take on and develop the responsibilities of a future Relationship Manager in a supportive environment.

The partnership with the Business Relationship Manager will enable coaching and support as you deepen and expand offering to business customers together, ensuring you are given every opportunity to perform at your best.

Some of the key responsibilities you will have include the following:

  • Ownership of Financial KPIs for specific products
  • Day to day client management enquiries and support
  • Writing new to bank credit submissions
  • Preparing indicative term sheets and related supporting material
  • Financial analysis and interpretation
  • Ongoing compliance, monitoring and reporting related to portfolio
  • Undertake reviews of customers in portfolios
  • Analysis of business and industry risks
  • Managing internal stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes

About you

  • 3+ years of commercial experience
  • Tertiary education desirable
  • Small business experience desirable.
