ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to lead and transform our office services to new heights? We're seeking a dynamic and driven Office Services Team Leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimising our operations.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Identify costeffective mail and courier solutions
Coordinate mail sorting and dispatch
Account Management office stationery, print and merchandise supplies
Oversee on/offsite storage logistics
Handle budgeting, forecasting and invoicing tasks

ABOUT YOU

This role would ideally suit an individual who is ready to take charge and lead a small dynamic team to excellence, while driving efficiency in office services.

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate:

Prior supervisory/leadership experience in office services environment
Overseeing procedures and processes for efficiency
Skilled in scheduling work priorities to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to
Knowledge of printing, stationery, and storage management
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
Ability to adapt to change, use initiative and learn new systems
Physically fit as manual handling required
