Will I be receiving inbound leads, and outbound leads? Yes

Will I receive ongoing coaching, feedback and development to help me achieve these goals? Absolutely

This role will see you have meaningful conversations with our members. Through inquisitive questioning, and a long term established framework, you'll spend your day discovering the needs of our members, and recommending the BEST solution for them

This role will see you:

Promote and sell nib's Private Health Insurance products and services, by partnering with members to ensure we understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
Ensure nib members are fully informed with accurate information about their product and entitlements
Be open to growth and learning, and be part of a team culture that supports one another and celebrates our success
Work remotely 80% of the time, with in office days for team connection, collaboration and fun

Your motivation and drive coupled with a passion for achieving and reaching set goals will set you up for success

We are looking so someone who has the ability to speak to a range of different customers from all walks of life, while demonstrating high attention to detail and not afraid to challenge the status quo

You do not need to have prior contact centre or sales experience, we provide full training. What we are looking for is someone with motivation and drive, coupled with a passion for achieving and reaching set goals and a positive "can do" attitude

Due to our business requirements, this role will see you enjoy work life balance with shifts starting between 8:00am -9:30am and finishing between 4:00pm -5:30pm Monday to Friday.

You will be available to commence training and employment on 13th October.

Successful applicants will need to be able to attend our Newcastle office for onboarding and be able to commit to in person training days and in office days in alignment with our 80/20 Hybrid work approach.
