    Stellar has an exciting opportunity to assist our well- established client with looking for their next Medical Receptionist Our client is an industry leading Specialist Occupational Health Company servicing clients across Australia. Established in 2006 their highly skilled team are experts in delivering a high level of customer service with our services to all our clients.

    About the Role:

    You will be the front-line of a leading independent clinic. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the practice and ensuring that all patients are provided with the highest level of customer service. Our client is wanting to find a highly motivated, positive receptionist to start working on a Full-Time basis, working 38 hours a week (Monday to Friday) within their Spring Hill clinic.

    Duties:

    • Manage patient appointments
    • Answering phone and email queries
    • Billing, receipting, and processing invoices
    • Liaising with allied heath professionals
    • Medical typing
    • Results management
    • data entry

    Skills & Experience:

    • Customer service experience
    • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
    • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
    • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Be a team player
    • Excellent customer service skills and professional manner
    • Bubbly and positive personality passionate about providing great customer service
