About the role:


The Service Coordinator will assist to inspire and coordinate a team of educators in enabling children enrolled at the centre to receive exceptional all rounded learning experience that will prepare them for success in school and in life.

This includes building and maintaining productive partnerships and relationships with parents, children attending the Centre, and the wider community.


The Service Coordinator will assist with the development and delivery of childcare programs including policies, procedures and protocols leading to high quality program service delivery, programmatic efficiency and continuous quality improvement.

Managing compliance and regulations and staffing are integral components of this position.


Your Skills and Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Minimum Diploma in Children Services / Early Childhood and Care
  • First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate is preferred
Expertise Requirements

  • Early childhood education and Expertise: Knowledge of childhood learning and developmental health. Current and sound experience within regulated children's service and proven ability to develop and implement educational programs for children. A commitment to, genuine enthusiasm and passion for children and early childhood learning and care.

Demonstrated well developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise a broad range of people and the community
