What you'll be doing:


Our Victorian branch is currently seeking an experienced Technical Detailer who will be responsible for preparing the appropriate documentation to allow for the manufacture of our traditional and custom-specialised stairs, handrails and balustrades.

You'll be responsible for

  • Interpreting quotations and purchase orders
  • Measuring jobs
  • Preparing appropriate paperwork and CAD drawings, manufacturing specifications and cutting lists
  • Client contact; liaising with builders and supervisors re: site issues
  • Work cooperatively with installers re: site issues or specification queries
  • Identifying and ordering specialist external products in a timely manner

What skills and experience you need (preferable):

  • Ability to work on various sites across Melbourne/Victoria
  • Can demonstrate stair industry/carpentry experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD and other drafting programs
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Australian driver's licence
  • Construction induction card
