Overview
Based in our beautiful new Malaga office, this role will report into the State Manager, WA and is perfect for someone with a high level of drive who likes to work independently, however still understands the importance of remaining as part of the team to achieve outstanding results.
Established in 1991, Madison Group Enterprises employs over 160 people across Australia and New Zealand and is comprised of businesses that specialise in the design, development and distribution of leading connectivity products and technologies.
Our businesses MadisonAV, Madison Connectivity Solutions, Madison Express, Madison Technologies and Kallipr have expertise across a broad range of communication, wireless, audio visual, industrial IT and IoT disciplines.
This role sits with our Madison Express team, Madison Express specialises in the distribution of quality cable, connectivity and a range of Madison Group products primarily to the electrical wholesale market.
Alongside our own Garland brand, we represent a range of leading cabling, support and connectivity product lines including R&M and 3M.
The opportunity

Making maximum use of the distribution channel to hold stock and improve market penetration for Madison products
Management and revenue growth of existing accounts and reactivation of inactive accounts
Increased revenue from new and undercapitalized product categories
Cross Business Unit selling from the Madison product portfolio
Creating sales through various channels such as wholesalers, contractors and installation groups
You won't be stuck selling the same thing every day.
We're looking for you to identify opportunities for new products that solve customer's issues and convert these opportunities into sales.
In addition, you'll get to use your technical knowledge by providing sales and technical support across the data security, electrical, RF and data communications markets.

You will be comfortable with a mix of metro and regional travel and will have a background dealing with wholesalers and integrators across data communications, electrical, RF and data security industries.
