Description
Meka Recruitment is working with a leading distribution company based in Archerfield. Due to an increase in work they are looking to add a warehouse manager to their team.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Picking, Packing and Processing orders as they are received.
  • Ensure that the warehouse is kept neat and tidy and all equipment is being maintained
  • Unloading and organising containers and deliveries.
  • Ensuring that all deliveries are dispatched on time
  • Ensuring that all staff are working effectively
  • Regular meetings with management to discuss any staffing issues, stock control and suggest any changes that may increase productivity

The ideal person will:

  • Have relevant experience in a similar position
  • Have a valid forklift license
  • Able to communicate clearly both verbally and written with the team
  • Be physically fit as there will be heavy lifting
  • Have a strong focus on workplace health and safety maintaining a safe work environment at all times

Salary:
$59, $75,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Warehouse management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Forklift Licence (required)
