About the role


This newly created role drives property maintenance across 40 buildings including identification, planning, and scheduling of work, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Supporting the wider team by prioritising and coordinating works, reporting and analysis of data for continuous improvement initiatives.


About you


You'll love being the key contact for multiple stakeholders, juggling priorities and timeframes and have the ability to identify opportunities for improvements and most importantly be able to bring them to life.

You'll be highly organised, an effective communicator and have the ability to influence to achieve outcomes.


Your key experience will include:

  • Relevant qualifications including business administration are highly regarded but not essential as we value demonstrated experience
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent online systems skills to maximize functionality, data management and analysis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A proven record in identifying efficiencies, innovation and process improvement
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
