Cranbourne Carlisle Primary School OSHClub is looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity.

This beautiful service is located in the south - eastern suburb of Melbourne - Cranbourne.

This is a permanent part-time (34 hours per week) opportunity, assisting in leading a team of Educators at a large 230 licence capacity service.

This is a role for those experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team.


Hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday, 06:4- 9:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 02:4- 6:30 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional admin hours.

The middle of your day is free, and you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too


In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $1,500 signing bonus at the completion of 1 month plus a $1,500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super.

About the role


Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school


Cranbourne Carlisle Primary School OSHClub is an existing large and vibrant service with an average morning attendance of up to 15-25 children and afternoon attendance of up to 25-40 children.

Our OSHClub children in this service have access to their own space with great outdoor facilities. We also have really good relationship with the school.

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
