DNA Nursing, on behalf of a large primary care provider located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager for a full-time substantive position.

In this role, you will oversee the seamless operations of our practice and ensure the delivery of exceptional healthcare services to the residents of this thriving local area.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the commitment of providing outstanding healthcare services in a professional and community-oriented environment.

You will be working with a team of 10 receptionists, have a 2IC, 5 nursing staff and 18 doctors. The role is Monday to Friday and the medical centre operates 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently managing the daytoday operations of the practice.
Providing supervision and support to administrative staff.
Establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes.
Managing financial tasks, including billing, budgeting, and reporting.
Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Implementing initiatives to improve the quality of patient care.
Handling human resources activities, such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
Working closely with healthcare professionals to optimize practice efficiency and enhance patient outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills, combined with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration.

Previous experience in a managerial position within a medical practice or healthcare setting is essential and experience of working with Best Practice will be highly regarded.
