Responsibilities
An administration role in the Victoria state government requires an individual who can perform a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

Collaboration with Recruitment, Workforce Services, and HR Business Partners
Communication and information provision to internal stakeholders
Support in validating position data and preparing workforce reports
High level customer service to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Proper records management practices for communication and documentation
Access and update in Condor database
Investigation and resolution of unresolved complaints
Secure filing of sensitive information
High volume data entry and validation in position management system

To excel in this role, you must be:

Ability to work independently
Resilient with repetitive tasks
Experience in HR administration
Keen eye for details
Strong problemsolving skills
Capable of handling high volume workloads
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
