Available are a number of interesting entry level finance clerical based roles.

Duties will vary and include a combination of;- Accounts payable : input supplier invoices, track overhead costs and employee expenses, weekly supplier payment reporting

Payroll : assist with fortnightly payroll
Reporting: assist Finance Manager with regular and ad hoc management reporting including cash and expenditure
General administration : updating SAP system in support of your tasks being performed
Projects : assist project teams with financial inputs into cost saving projects

Requirements:

To be successful you will need to have the following skills and background;
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly at all levels across the business and with suppliers and customers (verbal and written).
A strong work ethic and drive to get things done.
Be organised with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to resolve competing priorities.
Be able to follow current processes and procedures.
Ideally 2 years in a bookkeeping, financial administration or equivalent role.
Finance qualifications of Diploma or above (Accounting Graduates also considered).
General experience or exposure working with a finance system.
Proficiency in data entry; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Australian citizenship, or a valid visa to work in Australia.
Enjoy working as a part of a small team.
