An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Clerk to work in our Melbourne office.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Data entry & filing;
- Staff reimbursements processing and payment;
- Daily payment runs creating cheques and EFTs;
- Following up internal and supplier queries;
- Processing office related invoices; and
- Liaising with internal departments.
