ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the resources sector. Omega Security provides our Clients with tailored security services and risk management.

Due to anticipated growth throughout Central QLD, we are looking for experienced Security Guards, across a 4 of our flagship villages.

7 days on / 7 days off rosters, provides a rare work, life flexibility few people experience DIDO and FIFO positions out of Moranbah, Mackay, Townsville and Brisbane; you will be responsible for the provision of effective and responsive security services, interacting with clients, residents, visitors, staff and contractors on a daily basis.

As such, you will be a confident communicator and able to respond to queries in a professional manner.

The Positions

Ensure site integrity and safety
Site access control for people and vehicles
Mobile security checks of site perimeter, camp and laydown areas
Maintain daily security logs
Emergency response and incident control
Crowd control for bar and tavern areas

The Person

Demonstrable Security and / or Supervisory experience (2 Years' minimum)
Minimum qualification of Cert II Security operations.
Hold a valid QLD Security Officers license with crowd control
