The Role
This is a role for someone passionate about communication and writing. In our multi-disciplinary change management teams, the communication officer is the creative force behind our public positioning and messaging.

In this role, you will be tasked by a Communication Manager, and be responsible for designing effective and impactful communication products that drive user understanding of key messages and project intent.

On any day you may be involved in developing and delivering web copy, briefing packs, information sessions, webinar content and promotional videos.


Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the APS 6 may include:

  • Writing and delivering high-quality communication products including web copy, briefing packs, webinar content, promotional videos, and other materials.
  • Contributing to the Communication Strategy and Communication Plans developed and delivered by the team, including assisting in the design of robust approaches to solving communication needs for users.
  • Working effectively as part of a crossfunctional delivery team by contributing to team planning and coordination activities, reporting on work progress, and assisting others as required.
  • Developing engaging visual elements for training and communication products.
  • Supporting other change management specific tasks as needed to meet team outcomes. This may include the development of training, engagement and user research tactics.
