YOUR NEW ROLE

Working from our Subiaco WA office, you will:

• Complete return to work case management of Workers Compensation, Comcare, CTP & Life Insurance referrals.
• Provide holistic support through relevant assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessment (ADLS).
• Collaborate with individuals, employers, medical and other allied health professionals.
• Develop and Implement recover at work plans, educational programs and conduct case conferences

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US

• Completed a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• OR Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work
• Full professional registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR ESSA OR ARPA OR AASW (depending on discipline)
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to obtain a national police check
• A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
