How will I help?


Your role within RAMS as Fraud Analyst contributes to our vision to be one of the world's great service companies, helping our customers, communities and people to prosper and grow.

The role helps keep our business safe and secure by helping to detect and prevent fraud and financial crime.

In this role, y ou will be required to:

  • Execute "best practice" risk management processes and techniques using specialist systems and tools;
  • Complete data capture and various reporting tasks to demonstrate risk management effectiveness and support oversight and targeted actions to strengthen fraud detection and prevention;
  • Help identify incidents, weaknesses in controls and processes and fraud and conduct trends; and
  • Be a key support to your Fraud Analyst colleagues and the Senior Manager, Credit Risk RAMS.

What do I need?

  • 2+ years experience in working within a credit, fraud or other such analytical team within a Bank.
  • Process focused, with the ability to recommend evidence based decisions / actions.
  • Experience working within a mortgage business, including with Brokers or Third Party Originators (preferred).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or financial discipline (preferred).
