Founding Technical Product Manager

$120K - $140K + Super | Sydney - Hybrid


Our client is looking for their 'first-in' Product Manager to play a key role in solving customer and business challenges, driving product discovery, delivery, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.


You'll need to demonstrate proficiency in modern product discovery and delivery techniques, have at least 2 years of experience in SaaS product management or related roles, and possess strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Their product is currently used by hundreds of thousands nation-wide and one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry with plans this year to expand internationally.


Skills and Experience required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years working on SaaS products as a product manager, product designer, engineer or equivalent role.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Experience with Shape Up is a bonus.

Salary:
$120, $140,000.00 per year
