MAYDAY Recruitment seeks an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join a leading insurance and financial services company in Sydney CBD.

Main responsibilities include:


  • Provide timely and accurate responses to queries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Log all calls, follow up on actions, and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients and insurers to collect and manage necessary documentation.
  • Assist the team with various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Reconcile invoices and maintain adherence to invoicing procedures.
  • Uphold high service standards, maintaining client satisfaction.
***- At least a year of experience in a in a customer service or administration role.

  • Previous experience within insurance, financial service or fund management company an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a highvolume, fastpaced setting.
