MAYDAY Recruitment seeks an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join a leading insurance and financial services company in Sydney CBD.

- $65,000 - $70,000 salary package

Main responsibilities include:

Provide timely and accurate responses to queries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Log all calls, follow up on actions, and ensure thorough documentation.
Collaborate with clients and insurers to collect and manage necessary documentation.
Assist the team with various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Reconcile invoices and maintain adherence to invoicing procedures.
Uphold high service standards, maintaining client satisfaction.

***- At least a year of experience in a in a customer service or administration role.

Previous experience within insurance, financial service or fund management company an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments.
Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft office.
Adaptability to thrive in a highvolume, fastpaced setting.
