Main responsibilities include:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to queries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Log all calls, follow up on actions, and ensure thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and insurers to collect and manage necessary documentation.
- Assist the team with various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Reconcile invoices and maintain adherence to invoicing procedures.
- Uphold high service standards, maintaining client satisfaction.
- Previous experience within insurance, financial service or fund management company an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Adaptability to thrive in a highvolume, fastpaced setting.
