About the role:

Responsibilities include:

Develop a strong understanding of the Springboard product.
Demonstrate the product to improve awareness of features and increase utilisation.
Provide Account Management support to the existing client base.
Develop solutions to complex customer requirements, with a sense of urgency.
Translate requirements into technical quotes.
Work well within an agile, changing environment, with a high degree of autonomy.
Deliver innovation in account management to clients and help shape the future direction of the role and business.
Deliver and record product training sessions, town halls, and quarterly business and product utilisation reviews.
Help to guide and deliver contract extensions.

Skills and experience required:

A background in Talent Acquisition, including working with ATS platforms, or similar.
Relationship management, customer success and engagement.
Educating and training clients in best practice.
Delivering webinars on new features to increase product utilisation.
Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) to key clients.
Build, own and maintain an account management cycle.
Converting client requirements to product quotes.
Increasing profitability and revenue.
Help deliver robust, stable solutions to clients.
Take ownership of new clients post sales and implementation of the product.
Strong analytical thinking and creative problemsolving skills.
Experience in interfacing with multiple teams to achieve outcomes.
