About the role

The EH Contact Centre is located in Burwood East and provides inbound telephone customer service between the hours of 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week

As the first point of phone contact for Eastern Health the day to day tasks include but not limited to:
Inbound call centre role (no face to face)

Provide phone support for internal Eastern Health staff who require access to other Eastern Health departments and services

Assist with phone enquiries from the community regarding Eastern Health services

Connect Eastern Health Doctors to other Doctors or services

Provide great customer service tailored to the customers' needs

Although we are located in Burwood East, we provide service for all Eastern Health Sites

There may be the opportunity to work some shifts from Home after successfully completing training/competency

The role on offer:

Permanent Part Time

21.5 hrs per week

Wednesday , Thursday and Friday

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.

An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
