About the Role


The department aims to create a high-performing centre of excellence in our Business Operations team by providing exceptional customer service and business insights.

In addition, the critical focus is to assist in creating a seamless experience in both pre-and post-sales engagement support in providing accurate & timely billing to the customer and driving the correct allocation of revenue and GP across our core cloud & managed services.

We are strong relationship builders and communicators as we work closely amongst various cross-functional teams within the organisation to deliver high quality outcomes to meet internal and external stakeholders' requirements.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Macquarie Park office. It reports to the Manager - Business Operations.


Main Duties

  • Effectively managing the team schedule for project manager and engineers to ensure the workload is balanced and meet utilisation targets.
  • Facilitate resourcing meetings with project manager and technical team leads to understand current workload, assigns tasks, identify any downstream or upstream impacts when resources are reallocated to tasks
  • Support the Project Management team in delivering customer projects ontime, onbudget and to the required quality and desired outcome of both the customer and CBS.
  • Ensure that project changes, exceptions, issues and risks are recorded and resolved meeting the expectations of the customer
  • Provide governance to ensure Project Manager are updating their project plans in accordance to resource availability
