Sales Associate Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic team, helping customers understand a range of services and products


Your duties will include:

  • Engaging with customers on a daily basis, warmly and professionally, understanding their needs and guiding them towards the best choices.
  • Showcase your product knowledge and enthusiasm, making every interaction informative and enjoyable.
  • Assisting customers during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay uptodate with product trends and features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, product demonstrations and marketing presentations.

What we're looking for:


  • A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in customer satisfaction and providing topnotch service.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
