Service Operations Analyst
The Star Entertainment is hiring a Service Operations Analyst in Sydney
No day is ever the same, and assignments can be complex in nature and will require incident analysis and independent judgment.
Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the job are applied to ensure all IT business services are monitored and available 24/7.
Please be aware that eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment for this position.
Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:
- Provide efficient and effective support to both internal and external clients which includes performing as a Service Desk Analyst and a Field Services Operator if required after hours.
- Successfully perform planned/scheduled tasks that are part of change requests such as monthly patching of servers, stopping/starting of services and network connection issues.
- Provide first and second level troubleshooting to resolve incidents.
