    Located in Sydney, our Engineering team is on the lookout for a talented Head of Data Analytics to join the crew. Our team tackles various tasks and ensures successful project execution for our clients.

    What's the Job About?

    As the Head of Data Analytics, your main role is to use advanced analytics to derive key insights from data sets, aiding decision-making for our projects and products. Your tasks involve statistical analysis, data interpretation, and report generation, contributing to a data-driven culture within the organization.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Strategy Development and Collaboration

    • Work closely with team members to create and implement data strategies that align with our creative projects and client needs.
    • Provide insights that support company goals.
    • Champion a data-first approach within the agency.

    Data Governance and Security

    • Audit client tech stacks and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.

    Programming and Analysis

    • Demonstrate proficiency in Python and other relevant languages for data analysis and visualization.
