Collections of overdue accounts for Wholesale and Diagnostics
Actioning multiple inboxes
Attending monthly Wholesale and Diagnostic meetings with internal stakeholders
Working closely with the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer within the team
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Possess excellent overall planning, organisational ability and time management
Ability to deal with stakeholders with varied levels of skill and expertise
Intermediate Excel skills, vlookups
High level of ability in effectively handling enquiries & disputes
Possess outstanding attention to detail
Highly motivated proactive selfstarter who demonstrates initiative
Experience working in a fast paced, deadline focused, high volume role; multitasking with attention to detail.
Strong problemsolving abilities
