IT Support Officer - Brisbane Office - National Law Firm
We are looking to recruit an experience IT Support Officer to be based out of the Brisbane office of our national law firm.
Currently 280 people in the Brisbane office, most IT support queries will be ticketed and supported via the national service desk, you will also be required to support the senior partners in the firm as required in a desktop environment.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the IT Helpdesk Team Leader, the following tasks will be required on a regular basis:
- Manage network log on accounts, servers, and network equipment.
- Manage telephony systems.
- Manage building/office security systems.
- Utilise the Help Desk system to log, maintain, track and close jobs.
- Troubleshoot printing hardware and software related issues.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktop hardware.
- Engage with external service providers as required.
- Escalate tickets as required to the IT Helpdesk Team Lead.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 12 months experience working on a Helpdesk / Service Desk
- Windows, MS Exchange, Active Directory & Citrix knowledge
- Exceptional communicational skills written & verbal.
- Exceptional level of personal integrity and maturity required.
