About the Role

We're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Production Planner to join our Planning team at our Wetherill Park Pork De-Boning facility.

As a Production Planner, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring stock levels, both incoming and outgoing, to create, adjust and oversee production schedules for customer orders.

This position entails vigilant monitoring of the production process to ensure seamless alignment with the production plan. In cases of shortages, effective communication with relevant stakeholders is paramount to swiftly address any discrepancies.

Your new role will include:

Publishing a detailed daily production plan
Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders
Ensuring the production plan is sequenced with production to meet truck loadout times
Finished goods planning and shelf life management
Planning of belts, creating cuts and meat packing orders
Daily coordination over twoway radio with production
End of day planning
Pack weight management
Consignment stock management and coordination with customer
Intersite stock transfers including system administration and organisation

About you
We seek a seasoned production planner who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where adaptability is key. While prior experience in food production is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite.
