Western Sydney location + WFH

Up to $180,000k + Super with experience


Sirius People are currently working with a leader in the manufacturing industry where you will lead the operational function with business results and meeting strategic goals.


Reporting to the Vice President, your main tasks will include:

  • Providing leadership to a team of five across departments
  • Drive continuous improvements and implementation of best practices
  • Continuous process improvements
  • root cause analysis and Value Stream mapping
  • Develop and implement strategies and support strategic decisions
  • Maintaining inventory and ensuring a balance of demand
  • Develop operation systems and implement policies and procedures
  • Analise and implement processes and workflows
  • Champion and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Lead Monthly meetings & Reporting as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of strong leadership capabilities
  • Proven history of developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to improve processes and streamline solutions
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication
  • High sense of urgency and a strong team player
  • Strong knowledge of WHS practices
