Working in a global environment, you will ideally have experience working with a team of technical accountants and driving process improvement in the Finance function while delivering strong financial reporting.
You will be instrumental to our financial, management and compliance reporting functions whilst working closely with the team to strengthen our systems, processes and internal controls.
Your past experience and superior communication skills are a must as you will work with a number of stakeholders including Executives, Auditors and external agencies including various tax offices in Australia and abroad.
This is a "hands on" role, you will be pivotal in transforming the function and have involvement in all the key aspects of reporting and compliance relating to the role.
You will have the opportunity to broaden your skillset and make an impact in providing solutions to create a seamless finance function.

You'll be responsible for:
- Preparation of month end Management and Board reporting pack for Group and Divisional businesses, including variance analysis and insightful commentary to support strategic decisions
- Partnering with the Business to evaluate, interpret and integrate the information they receive/require to improve understanding, planning and forecasting, management and financial control of their business units
- Prepare cashflow forecasting and modelling to facilitate business plans as required, including control and maintenance of the financial modelling systems and templates
- Prepare Covenant reporting and forecasting ensuring compliance with Funding requirements
Do you have what it takes? You'll need:
- Commerce/Accounting degree qualified
- 57 years post CA/CPA qualified, tax experience highly regarded
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and systems control
- Demonstrated skill in leading and mentoring teams
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple streams in a high paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and ability to manage large volumes of data to provide meaningful information
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
