    Recruitment Consultant - Temp

    • Sydney based
    • Attractive salary plus market leading commission
    • Busy Temp desk
    • Accounting & Finance experience desirable but NOT essential

    Join one of the most successful medium sized multi sector specialists with an enviable reputation in the Sydney market. This Agency has an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with experience running a busy Temp desk to join them in their Sydney office. Working in their Accounting & Finance division you will inherit an active temp desk from day one. It will be yours to run and develop as you wish.

    Ideally you will have 2 years+ agency based recruitment experience with a proven track record of successful billings on a Temp desk.

    Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years+ Agency recruitment experience
    • Temp desk experience
    • A&F sector recruitment experience desirable but not essential
    • Proven 360° recruitment and new business development skills
    • Excellent customer service & communication skills
    • Drive, Ambition and Focus
    • Willingness to learn and grow with a genuine career path
