Recruitment Consultant

Fuelled by our success to date, Allura Partners is looking to hire Recruitment Consultant in Sydney CBD. This is a full-time position with annual remuneration of $80,000 - $110,000 (negotiable) plus Superannuation on offer.

We have multiple positions available for recruitment consultants at the moment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business leads and prospects
  • Taking job specifications and writing job advertisements
  • Performing executive searches
  • Reviewing and screening CV's
  • Networking and relationship building
  • Negotiating job offers and employment contracts

To be considered, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in recruitment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interviewing and business development skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
