We are recruiting to fill a number of Remote Servicing Trip Leader roles at the APS5 level, within the Face to Face Services Division.

Remote Servicing Trip Leaders work under the support and general direction of their leadership groups.

They exercise a degree of independent judgement and make decisions within defined parameters that require some reliance on skills and knowledge.

They plan their own and team work goals in the context of competing priorities, and contribute to changes in workplace practices and business improvement strategies.

Remote Servicing Trip Leaders lead a small team whilst undertaking remote serving trips including setting work direction, monitoring and allocating workload to deliver customer outcomes within KPIs, and ensuring the health and wellbeing of self and team.

Remote Servicing Trip Leaders manage relationships with stakeholders to build service delivery capability, deliver services, increase the profile of the agency's services and attend inter-agency meetings and forums to obtain and share information.

Remote Servicing Trip Leaders are required to undertake frequent travel to remote areas throughout the year to deliver face to face services.
