About The Opportunity


Our Training Team is the foundation of Micromine's Operations and Sales processes, and they continuously strive to enhance our global systems to provide exceptional training outcomes.

As project demand increases, we are seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to join the team at our Perth CBD office.


Reporting directly to the Global Head of Training, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and administering training activities across the organisation.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing the Training Inbox, issuing certificates, and organising refreshments for inhouse training sessions.
  • Helping curate the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless course creation, training calendar publication, recordings management, and user profile maintenance.
  • Assisting in the production of training collateral such as manuals, workbooks, online courses, and Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) packages.
  • Supporting the preparation and coordination of internal training courses for Micromine staff.
  • Contributing to the development of training project schedules and reports as required.

About You

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Tertiary education (TAFE or University)
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Whilst not essential, an understanding of the content creation process would be useful
