Job tasks and responsibilities
Our Service Department supports our customers, workshops and field service technicians who require prompt and efficient service.

Reporting to Director, the key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating/scheduling service technicians on a daily basis, prioritizing jobs to meet customers' requirements.
  • Ordering parts and materials to ensure repairs/maintenance is completed in a timely and safe manner
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Help manage the overall administration of the service department.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role is preferred
  • Technical knowledge (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
