Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division.

Our Energy division is seeking Mechanical Supervisors.

This will be a short-term opportunity, supporting our upcoming major shutdown we have scheduled in the Karratha region from September 2024.

Role Responsibilities:

Ensure mechanical activities are completed safely and meet the schedule, respecting the critical path and deadlines.
Allocate work and provide direction to relevant trades specific work requirements.
Supervise, coach and mentor direct reports; ensure that site workers have the necessary competencies to undertake assigned tasks.
Communicate with client representatives on a day to day basis, to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work required.
Identify and drive cost savings and safety improvement initiatives and report on lessons learned and completion/outcomes to the business.

What you will bring

Mechanical trade qualification
Proven experience within the Energy or refinery industries in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
