Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division.
Our delivery of high-quality work within the Energy sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.
Our Energy division is seeking Mechanical Supervisors.This will be a short-term opportunity, supporting our upcoming major shutdown we have scheduled in the Karratha region from September 2024.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure mechanical activities are completed safely and meet the schedule, respecting the critical path and deadlines.
- Allocate work and provide direction to relevant trades specific work requirements.
- Supervise, coach and mentor direct reports; ensure that site workers have the necessary competencies to undertake assigned tasks.
- Communicate with client representatives on a day to day basis, to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work required.
- Identify and drive cost savings and safety improvement initiatives and report on lessons learned and completion/outcomes to the business.

What you will bring
- Mechanical trade qualification
- Proven experience within the Energy or refinery industries in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
