Snowy 2.0 is Australia's largest committed renewable energy project. This nation-building project will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

We are seeking a Land and Property Advisor to join our team, this role will assist with the administration of the Company's land and property portfolio, reducing risks, maintaining secure access/title for key assets, and ensuring management of land and property is efficient and costs/overheads to the business are minimised.

This is a full-time role based in Cooma, Jindabyne, or Canberra.


This role will see you:

Develop plans to better manage risks and costs associated with the Company's land and property portfolio

Assist with the management of land & property related information, budget, and cost controls

Develop and manage land property-related registers

Identify opportunities to reduce risks and implement actions with operations to reduce them

Conduct regular assessments of the Company's title/access to land to ensure that it is secure

Establish, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders


We are looking for:

Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience (over 3 years) in land development processes and administration of property related assets

Demonstrated ability to develop credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders

Good understanding of land management and development practices and processes and how to improve them

Strong communications, report writing and project management skills

An alignment to Snowy Hydro's corporate values of Safety, Decency, Teamwork, Agility, Courage and Ownership
